孕前检查对胎儿出生情况的影响及分析

【摘要】目的:分析孕前健康检查对胎儿出生情况的影响。方法:选取2014年9月~2015年4月,我区1500对符合生育政策并计划怀孕的育龄夫妇。其中750对参加孕前优生健康检查,视为观察组;另外750对未参加孕前优生健康检查视为对照组。分别对两组研究对象建立档案进行登记对比。结果两组胎儿出生情况(包括出生缺陷、出生体重、出生评分)比较均无统计学意义(P>)。进一步比较两组不良妊娠率(包括自然流产、被迫终止妊娠),具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:由于孕期产前检查的规范及大力开展,对于胎儿出生情况可能没有明显的区别,但是孕前健康检查对于不良妊娠结局的减少有着重要的意义。所以,孕前健康检查仍是相当重要和关键的。
