中药自拟方联合西医常规治疗复杂性肛瘘疗效观察

【摘要】目的:探讨中药自拟方联合西医常规治疗复杂性肛瘘的疗效。方法:将78个确诊为复杂性肛瘘的患者纳入研究并随机分组,观察组38人,对照组40人,其中对照组患者采用高位挂线低位切开、瘘道旷置引流术治疗,观察组则联合中药自拟方治疗。观察患者住院时间及治愈时间情况;比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:两组患者均手术顺利,观察组住院时间及治愈时间均更短,且疗效疗效更优,P<;未发现不良反应。结论:中药自拟方联合西医常规治疗疗效显著,能促进疾病的康复,优于单用手术治疗,值得推广。
