集束化护理干预预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的研究 冷昭芳涂丽娜 (四川省眉山市人民医院四川眉山 620010) 【摘要】目的:研究重症医学科(ICU)集束化护理干预对呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的影响。方法:将2013年7月至12月收治我院ICU的57例使用呼吸机时间≥48小时的患者作为干预组,于2012年7月至12月收治我院ICU的58例使用呼吸机时间≥48小时的患者作为对照组,干预组采用集束化护理干预措施,对照组采用传统被动预防措施。结果:使用集束化护理方案后,‰‰. 结论:集束化护理干预能有效的降低VAP的发生率,提高护理质量。 【关键词】集束化;护理;预防;呼吸机相关性肺炎 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028(2015)8-0486-02 【Abstract】Objective To study the ICU cluster nursing intervention on ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) effect. Methods from July to December 2013 in our hospital from ICU patients using ventilator time ≥ 48 hours were as intervention group,48 hours in 58 patients using ventilator time ≥ in 2012 July to December in our hospital during ICU were taken as the control group, intervention group receive nursing intervention the control group using the traditional passive prevention measures. Analysis of nursing intervention to prevent the effect of VAP, to determine the effectiveness of the preventive nursing project VAP.
