手术治疗胰腺损伤的方法及疗效评定

【摘要】目的研究探讨手术治疗胰腺损伤的方法及疗效。方法选取我院2010年1月到2016年1月间收治的胰腺损伤患者25例作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的基本资料、损伤情况、治疗方法,并观察患者的治疗效果。结果 25例接受手术治疗的患者中,19例痊愈,6例死亡,%。其中,2例患者术后合并胰瘘、1例合并胆瘘、5例合并腹腔内出血、2例合并腹腔内感染,%。结论手术治疗胰腺损伤需要按照胰腺损伤的程度、范围选择合理的术式,提高治疗效果。

Abstract:objective to study to evaluate the methods and therapeutic effect of surgical treatment of pancreatic injury. Methods select our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were of 25 patients with pancreatic injury as the research object,the basic data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,injury,treatment method,and the therapeutic effect were observed. Results 25 patients who underwent surgical treatment of patients,19 cases cured,6 cases died,the recovery rate was %. Among them,2 cases of patients with postoperative pancreatic fistula,1 case with biliary fistula,5 cases with intraperitoneal hemorrhage,2 plicated by abdominal cavity infection,the incidence plications was %. Conclusion the surgical treatment of pancreatic injury needs in accordance with the extent of pancreas damage degree,selecting rational operation,improve the effect of treatment.

胰腺损伤是临床上比较罕见的一类疾患,考虑到胰腺的解剖位置比较深,
加上后腹膜可以发挥屏蔽作用,使其具有一定的隐蔽性,一方面,损伤后症状出现时间比较晚,另一方面患者常合并其他损伤,并发症较多,导致诊断难度大,治疗容易被耽误,威胁患者的生命安全[1]。因而,对胰腺损伤的有效诊断、治疗意义重大
