Methods Choosed 58 cases of advanced gastric carcinoma patients to divide into A group and B group. The A group were treated with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium binging oxaliplatin, the B group were treated with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium binging cis-platinum. Compared the clinical effect of these two groups. Results The total effective rate of A group was %, higher than % of B group (P>). The incidence of peripheral neuropathy of A group was higher than B group (P<).
