【摘要】目的:通过临床治疗效果的对比研究溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿肺炎的实际应用效果。方法:随机选取我院2011年3月——2014年12月收治的90例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分成联合组和单一组,给予联合组患儿溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗,给予单一组患儿头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:%,%,差异具有统计学意义(x2=,P<);联合组患者的住院治疗时间为(±)d,明显短于单一组患儿的(±)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=,P<);两组患儿均未发生严重药物不良反应。结论:应用溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿肺炎,疗效显著且无不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
