血栓通注射液治疗脑梗塞疗效观察

【摘要】目的:探讨血栓通注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:抽取我院于2013年2月至2014年2月收治的脑梗死患者154例作为临床研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组77例。对照组患者采用复方丹参注射液进行治疗,观察组患者采用血栓通注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:在不同药物治疗下,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(%)明显高于对照组患者(%),比较结果具有显著差异性(P<);同时,治疗后观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,比较结果具有明显差异性(P<)。结论:血栓通注射液能够有效治疗脑梗塞,促进神经功能的恢复,值得推广使用。
