建设工程质量管理方法及其应用研究
摘要
随着我国国民经济的快速发展,特别是随着现在“三年大变样!”。我国的建筑行业的质量问题是工程管理的核心内容。工程质量很大程度上决定于建设施工过程中的质量控制。其中心任务是通过建立健全有效的质量监督工作体系来确保工程质量达到合同规定的标准和要求。因此,本文对建筑工程施工项目质量控制实际应用作为研究重点,结合实习内容分析了我国工程质量管理存在的具体问题,分析了质量控制的重点研究内容,根据实际状况提出具体的方法,制定了科学的对策。其中,政府的质量监督控制的影响研究也是其一,结合我国建筑工程质量管理体制存在的问题,研究质量控制过程中政府角色转变,才能推动工程质量管理体制的改革向更高层次发展,才能使建筑工程质量的控制更有保证,达到建筑工程的质量控制在实际施工中更好的应用的目的。
