112例新生儿呕吐的临床观察及护理

【摘要】目的总结新生儿呕吐的原因和有效的护理对策。方法收集我院2012年01月至2014年02月收治的112例新生儿呕吐病例资料进行临床分析,总结引起新生儿呕吐的相关因素与护理对策。结果112例患儿除3例消化道梗阻性疾病转上级医院小儿外科手术治疗外,经过有效治疗及精心的护理,呕吐症状均得到改善或治愈,无一例严重并发症及死亡病例发生。结论临床医生应根据新生儿呕吐的临床表现和相关检查结果全面评估病情,早期制定采取科学的治护方案。在新生儿呕吐的治疗过程中,护理起着重要的作用,正确有效的护理可以减轻患儿的痛苦,促进患儿早日康复;是预防并发症、提高新生儿成活率的关键。

Abstract Objective To summarize the reason and effective nursing measures of neonatal vomiting. Methods We analyzed 112 cases of neonatal vomiting from January 2012 to February 2014, and summarized the reason and nursing measures of neonatal vomiting. Results Except for 3 cases transferred to higher level hospital for surgery due to digestive tract obstruction, the remaining patients?vomiting were improved or cured after effective treatment and careful nursing, and no plication and no death happened. Conclusion Clinicians should evaluate the patient抯 condition according to the clinical manifestation and relevant tese results, and make scientific treatment and nursing plan early.
