LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂与微波治疗宫颈糜烂效果对比

【摘要】目的:观察分析宫颈糜烂患者应用LEEP刀治疗和微波治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年7月~2014年7月门诊确诊的90例宫颈糜烂患者,经随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)及对照组(n=45),对照组患者采用微波治疗,观察组患者采用LEEP刀治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果作比较和分析。结果:%,%(P<);观察组患者手术时间、出血量、阴道流液时间低于对照组(P<)。结论:在宫颈糜烂治疗中,LEEP刀治疗效果优于微波治疗,具有手术操作简单、手术时间短、损伤小、恢复快等优势,可加快患者康复,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
