优质儿科护理改善护患关系的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的为了进一步探讨临床有效改善儿科护患关系的干预措施和方法,以便为儿科护理实践的临床研究和实践活动提供依据。方法本次研究选取2012年12月——2013年12月期我院治疗的儿科患儿88例为研究对象,对其临床护理干预措施和方法临床实际效果进行了比较研究。结果(1)临床护理总满意度组间比较,优质护理组患儿的护理总满意度显著高于常规护理组,且数据统计学比较结果显示差异显著(χ2=,P=);(2)优质护理组患儿家长对相关护理工作人员护理质量的评分显著高于常规护理组,且数据统计学比较结果显示差异显著(T =,P=)。结论在临床针对儿科患者实施护理实践的过程中,采用优质护理模式可显著提升护理工作质量,改善临床护理满意度,是针对儿科患者实施护理实践的理想选择。
