【摘要】目的:探讨中药健脾益肺消积汤在中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者维持治疗中的作用。方法:48名中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组(口服健脾益肺消积汤)26例和对照组(口服复方斑蝥胶囊)22例,对患者进行维持治疗,评价患者生存质量和生存期。结果:治疗组QLQ—C30评分与对照组有显著差异(P<005),治疗组和对照组6个月生存率无显著差异,而1年生存率和18个月生存率有显著性差异,(P<)。结论:。
