不孕症诊断中性激素的检验结果分析

【摘要】目的探讨不孕症诊断中性激素的检验结果;方法将2011年2月至2012年9月我院收治的原发性不孕症妇女52例设为观察组,将同期在我院健康体检者中卵泡期52例、排卵期52例和黄体期52例的健康者设为对照组,对两组的检验结果进行对比;结果两组卵泡期的LH、排卵期的PRL相比差异无显著性(P>),其他不同时期的各检测项目相比差异具有显著性(P<);结论性激素水平的变化与女性不孕症有密切关系,可为临床判断不孕症诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 objective to explore the diagnosis of infertility in the test result of the sex hormones, Methods from February 2011 to July 2012 were our primary infertility women in 52 cases set as observation group, the same period will be in our hospital physical examination in those with follicular phase in 52 cases, 52 cases of oviposit period and luteal phase 52 cases of healthy subjects set as control group, the two groups of test results pared; Results two groups of follicular phase of LH, the PRL oviposit period there was no significant difference in sex (P > ), and the other different periods of the testing pared with significant difference (P < ); Conclusion sex hormone level changes and female infertility have close relation, it can be for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility judgment to provide reliable basis.
