探讨中医治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床观察

摘要:目的研究分析慢性肛周湿疹病症的中医疗法与临床效果。方法此次研究的对象是选择53例慢性肛周湿疹病患,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并且开具临证处方进行治疗,观察患者疗效。结果本组53例患者22例为血虚风燥证型,31例为脾虚湿蕴证型,经过辨证治疗之后,%、%,患者在用药过程中及用药之后,皆未出现任何明显不良反应症状。结论慢性肛周湿疹疾病采用中医辨证疗法进行诊断与治疗,可收获极为显著的疗效,且治疗中不易发任何不良反应,值得进行推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on chronic anal eczema. Methods this study was conducted to select 53 cases of chronic anal eczema patients,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the issuance of clinical prescription for treatment,observation of patients. Results 53 patients in this group 22 cases for blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome type,31 cases of spleen deficiency and Dampness Retention syndrome,after syndrome differentiation and treatment,22 cases of blood deficiency patients and 31 cases of spleen deficiency group disease suffering from each of the overall treatment efficiency was % and %,patients after a course of medication and medication,not to present any significant adverse reactions. Conclusion the diagnosis and treatment of chronic anal eczema disease by TCM syndrome differentiation,can be very significant effect,and the treatment is not easy to send any adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
