探讨小儿腹泻散颗粒治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

【摘要】目的:研究分析小儿腹泻散颗粒治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:此次研究的对象是选择2007年1月~2011年5月我院门诊收治的176例腹泻患儿,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用思密达治疗,观察组在思密达基础上加用小儿腹泻散颗粒治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效,并观察药物不良反应。结果:%,%,明显高于对照组(%,%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<),两组患者治疗后均无药物不良反应。结论:小儿腹泻散颗粒辅以思密达治疗小儿腹泻,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective:To study the clinical effect of infantile diarrhea scattered granule in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods:the subjects of this study are selected from January 2007 to May 2011 in our hospital 176 cases of children with diarrhea,the retrospective analysis of the clinical data,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group treated with smecta,the observation group in addition of powder particles in the treatment of Smecta for infantile pared the efficacy of two groups of children,and observe the adverse drug reaction. Results:in the observation group,the effective rate was %,the total effective rate was %,significantly higher than the control group(%,83%),there was significant difference between two groups(P &lt; ),the two groups of patients after treatment were no adverse drug reaction. Conclusion:children with diarrhea bined with Smecta in treatment of infantile diarrhea,significant effect,worthy of clinical application.
