探讨胫骨平台粉碎性骨折术后护理效果

摘要:目的研究分析胫骨平台粉碎性骨折术后护理效果。方法此次研究的对象是选择我院切开复位内固定术治疗的胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的患者120例,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并将患者平均分为两个组,即对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理与健康指导),将两组患者的疗效和并发症的情况进行比较。结果观察组膝关节总优良率高于对照组,观察组的并发症低于对照组。结论胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的患者术后采用综合护理和健康指导具有积极作用,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of postoperative nursing care of patients minuted fracture of tibial in this study,the object is to choose our hospital open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of tibial minuted fracture of 120 cases of patients,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into two groups:control group(routine nursing)and observation prehensive nursing science and health guidance,will be the effect plications of two groups of the total excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,plication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control the application prehensive nursing and health guidance for patients minuted fracture of tibial plateau has a positive effect,which is worthy of clinical application.

1临床资料
选择在我院切开复位内固定术治疗的胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的患者,共
120例,其中损伤原因分别是:坠伤25例、交通事故63例、摔伤28例、砸伤4例。这些患者中损伤的位置分别是:内侧胫骨平台骨折、外侧胫骨平台骨折、内外侧胫骨平台粉碎性骨折。我们将患者平均分为两个组,即对照组和观察组。
