In the long history of China , proverb, as a kind of cultural form ,plays a unique role in language. In English countries, proverb also has the same function. Proverb in the general case is concise,popular, rich in Philosophy, so even if the people not read so many books ,they are able to use this kind of language,and reach a very skilled degree. From this we can see that proverb has wide applicability and strong vitality.
