B超测定等三种方法估计胎儿体重的比较

【摘要】目的:探讨使用B超、双顶径法和四部触诊法估算胎儿体重的准确性,以供临床参考。方法:对我院2010年1月~12收治的90例孕产妇分别使用B超、双顶径法和四部触诊法估算胎儿体重,并追踪到产妇分娩,评价三种方法对胎儿体重估算的准确性,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果:使用B超对胎儿体重估算结果更为准确,与双顶径和四部触诊法比较,差异显著,P<005。结论:采用B超对胎儿体重的预测,其结果更为准确,值得在;临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: to estimate the accuracy of B-mode ultrasonography of fetal weight, biparietal diameter and four palpation, for clinical reference. Methods: 90 cases of pregnant women in our hospital in 2010 January ~2010 year 12 were respectively using B-mode ultrasonography, biparietal diameter and four palpation estimation of fetal weight, and to track delivery, evaluation of three methods on the accuracy of fetal weight estimation, and the results were analyzed with statistics. Results: using B ultrasound on fetal weight estimation result is more accurate, and the biparietal diameter and four palpation, significantly, P &lt; 005 Conclusion: by B ultrasound on fetal weight, the result is more accurate, is worth the clinical promotion.
