【摘要】目的:采用GC 法测定活血止痛膏中薄荷脑的含量,以评价活血止痛膏的质量;方法:色谱条件为:毛细管柱PEG-20M,30m××μm,柱温:110℃。进样口温度:250℃,氮气:40KPa,氢气流速:40ml/min;空气流速:450ml/min;检测器温度:250℃;结果:在选定的条件下薄荷脑在( mg/ml --- mg/ml)范围内与峰面积/内标面积呈良好的线性。%,RSD %;结论:本实验为活血止痛膏的分析提供了一种准确可靠的检测方法。

Abstract:objective: To determine the content of Menthol by RP-HPLC inZhenjiang rubber paste Tablet so as to assess the qualityof Zhenjiang rubber paste Methods: The chromatogram condition is: Size of the Capillary vessel column: PEG-20M, 30m × ×0. 25μm. column temperature is 110℃. temperature of the entrance of the capillary vessel column: 250℃, temperature ofthe detector: 250℃; N2: 40Kpa, H2: 45mL/minute, Air:450mL/minute; Sample quantity: μl.
