刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎疗效分析

【摘要】目的:探讨刺络拔罐对肩周炎的治疗效果。方法:将120例肩周炎患者随机分为单纯针灸组和针灸加刺络拔罐组各60例。两组都施予针刺治疗,针灸加刺络拔罐组用三棱针在压迫疼痛处点刺出血后拔火罐。结果:60例针灸组中16例痊愈,21例好转,23例无效;针灸加刺络拔罐组临床观察结果33例痊愈,26例好转,1例无效,%。结论:针灸加刺络拔罐能明显降低肩痛程度,缩短治疗时间。

The Efficacy of Pricking and Cupping in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of pricking and cupping on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method 120 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into pure acupuncture and moxibustion and acupuncture plus stab winding, each group was 60 participants were cured by acupuncture treatment. The acupuncture and massage group also had massage therapy. Acupuncture plus stab winding cutem group was remedied with a triangular needle stab at pressure pain point bleeding after cupping. Results There were 16 cases cured,21 cases improved and 23 cases invalid among 60 cases of acupuncture group. While the results of acupuncture plus cupping group showed 33 cured eases,
