【摘要】 目的探讨关节镜下腘绳肌肌腱转移重建后交叉韧带(PCL)术的临床疗效。淦方法肌腱剥离器剥离半腱肌腱。对折、编织后,转移到关节镜下重建PCL,股骨义隧道外口微型钢板固定,,平均随访个宝月,Lysholm评分由术前54分提高到分。所有患膝术前后抽屉试验及La秕chman试验均阳性,术后仅2例抽屉茵试验弱阳性,1例Lachman试验弱蛮阳性。结论隧道内外口的坚强固定,使重摹建后交叉韧带有足够强度。

后交叉韧带断裂是一种较少见觋的膝关节损伤,对于该病,以往多主张采用非手术治疗,但临床研究表明,该损伤碱非手术治疗最终导致膝关节功能退废,因此主张手术重建后交叉韧带。我院自20脔02年6月以来在以往单束等长重建、前怅外束重建的基础上采用六束腘绳肌腱股骨订、胫骨隧道重建后交叉韧带,不仅手术创申伤小,并发症少,而且临床效果良好,现德报告如下。
