摘要
本文利用超声波传输中距离与时间的关系采用C8051F410单片机进行控制及数据处理设计出了能精确测量点间距离的超声波测距仪,利用所设计出的超声波测距仪可应用于汽车倒车、建筑工地以及一些工业现场的位置监控以及液位、井深、管道长度的测量等现场。本测距仪能较精确测量被测物与测距仪之间的距离。
在分析国内外单片机超声波测距仪相关技术的基础上,结合最新研究成果,对超声波测距系统的研制进行了深入探讨和研究。该系统分为测距模块、系统控制模块和显示报警模块,并分别对其进行方案分析,构建了单片机超声波测距仪构架和设计方案,在硬件电路中,详细阐述了运用单片机技术实现超声波测距的原理,分析了以单片机为主控单元的系统硬件和软件设计,并对该系统进行了试验和误差分析,给出了本系统的稳定性指标。
