【摘要】 目的 了解包皮过长、包茎对慢性前列腺炎的影响。方法 全部病例分为试验组和对照组,试殉验组为慢性前列腺炎合并包皮过长、包茎邛患者,对照组为慢性前列腺炎不合并包皮姑过长、包茎,两组治疗方法相同,包括有盏效抗生素、口服消炎痛、前列康、禁酒及曰刺激性食物、定期进行前列腺按摩、热水坐浴。全部病例均进行随访。结果 试验砒组慢性细菌性前列腺炎的发病率为%,明≌显高于对照组的%,治疗有效率为%,明哚显低于对照组的%,试验组复发率较对照组有增高的趋势。结论 包皮过长、包茎萃对慢性前列腺炎的发生发展有重要影响,Й它可能是慢性前列腺炎难以治疗的原因之嘶一。【关键词】 包皮过长;包茎;慢性榧前列腺炎
