两种烧伤换药法治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

[摘要]目的探讨采用临床常用的两种烧伤换药法治疗Ⅱ期压疮病人的效果。方法将30例Ⅱ期压疮病人采用烧伤换药法(即外敷烧伤用药贝复剂或磺胺嘧啶银乳膏)联合红外线治疗仪照射综合处理并观察疗效,结果此两种烧伤换药法对治疗Ⅱ期压疮有效率为100%。结论:外敷烧伤类用药操作简单,使用方便、治愈率高,值得临床推广。

压疮是身体局部组织长期受压、血液循环障碍,局部组织持续缺血、缺氧、营养缺乏致使皮肤失去正常功能,而引起的组织破损和坏死。压疮是临床护理工作中较为棘手的问题,是护理工作需攻克的顽症,因此有效预防和治疗压疮是临床护理工作中的一大课题,我院创伤外科于2010年1月—2015年5月采用两种烧伤换药法联合红外线治疗仪照射治疗压疮30例,取得满意疗效,先报告如下:
1、资料与方法
、一般资料
30例包括住院病人均为骨科与神经外科病人, 格拉斯哥昏迷(Gcs)评分,3~5分10例,股骨颈骨折5例、脊椎骨折5例、胫腓骨骨折2例、盆骨骨折3例、重型颅脑损伤5例、男12例、女18例,年龄28—75岁,均为Ⅱ期压疮患者,压疮分布40处,骶尾部20处,内外踝9处,足根处5处,耳廓3处,其他3处,~12㎝2,Ⅱ期压疮表面未见坏死组织。
