肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效观察黄晓梅

【摘要】目的:分析探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用肾康注射液的临床治疗效果以及相关表现。方法:选取我院2014年2月~2016年2月收治入院的慢性肾衰竭患者180例,将其随机分为观察组90例,和对照组90例,对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上结合肾康注射液治疗,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:本组患者经治疗后,观察组显效62人,有效17人,无效11人,%,对照组患者显效55人,有效16人,无效19人,%。两组患者治疗效果对比具有统计学差异(P<)。结论:在常规治疗作之急缓分为急性和慢性两种。急性肾功竭是由于各种原因引起的肾功能在短时间内突然下降的临床综合征。慢性肾功衰是在各种慢性的基础上结合肾康注射液治疗,对于慢性肾衰竭患者具有显著的临床治疗效果,并且安全可靠,适合在临床上广泛地推广和应用。
