腹腔镜下微创手术治疗前列腺癌临床效果观察

摘要:目的探讨腹腔镜下微创手术治疗前列腺癌临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的前列腺癌患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组采用开放性手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜下微创手术治疗,对比观察两组的手术疗效和安全性。结果观察组手术时间显著长于对照组,观察组术中出血量显著少于对照组,术后肠功能恢复时间和住院时间显著短于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<)。结论腔镜下微创手术治疗前列腺癌疗效确切,创伤小,恢复快且并发症少,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of prostate cancer. 80 patients with prostate cancer methods in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the control group was treated with open surgery, observation group treated by minimally invasive surgery laparoscopic surgery, observation of curative effect and safety of the two groups. Results the operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group, bleeding of the observation group was significantly less than the control group, postoperative intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group, the incidence of plications was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P &lt; ). Conclusion the curative effect of endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of prostate cancer is effective, less trauma, quicker recovery and plications, worthy of clinical application.

前列腺癌是泌尿外科较常见恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率逐年增高,已成为威胁老年男性晚年健康的重要威胁。目前,前列腺癌根治术是治疗局限性前列腺癌的首选方法之一,主要有腹腔镜下微创术和开放性手术治疗,而腹腔镜下微创术又包括经腹腔途径和经腹膜外途径腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术[1]。本文对2012年6月至2016年3月我院收治的前列腺癌患者进行分组治疗,旨在探讨腹腔镜下微创手术治疗前列腺癌临床疗效,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料
选取我院2012年6月至2016年3月收治的前列腺癌患者80例,前列腺癌确诊方法为B型超声下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检病理报告为腺癌,全身未出现转移病灶,术前患者的心肝肾功能良好。其中采用腹腔镜根治术治疗40例作为观察组,开放性手术治疗40例作为对照组。观察组年龄54~77岁,平均年龄(&plusmn;)岁,手术前均有不同程度的排尿困难,直肠指诊4例出现多枚结节。~(&plusmn;)ng/ml,Gleason评分3~7分,前列腺体积13~65(&plusmn;)cm3。对照组年龄55~79岁,平均年龄(&plusmn;)岁,~(&plusmn;
