Non Chromium Prepaint Treatment for Alumium
1. Introduction:
ALODINE 1326, chromium free treatment, has been formulated for coating can stock aluminum alloys in stripline application.

A. Cleaning
B. Water rinsing
C. Treating with the ALODINE 1326 processing solution
D. Water rinsing
E. Sealing rinse (for Example, Dexylyte 30)
F. Squeegee and dry

5. Equipment:
Process tank and housing may be fabricated from 316L or equivalent. Approved welding techniques must be used. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or CPVC lined mild steel can be used, within temperature limitations as noted below.
