广汉市人民医院信息管理体系建设研究
摘要
改革开放20多年来,我国医疗卫生事业日益完善,目前已形成具有6万多所医院(包括卫生院),庞大的医疗卫生服务体系。我国各级各类医院正经历医药卫生体制的深刻变革,对管理也提出了新的要求。城镇职工基本医疗保险体制、医疗卫生体制和药品生产流通体制三项改革同步推进,日益深刻。
随着医疗技术的飞速发展和信息技术的日新月异,传统的医院管理模式已无法满足市场竞争的需求。以信息技术为基础、以方便病人服务为核心,结合现代医院管理知识,建立灵活、便捷、高效的数字化医院体系,极大提高医院管理水平和业务能力,成为医院实现可持续发展的重要依靠。
文章对医院信息化建设的基本理论、医院信息系统的基本划分做了评述,介绍了广汉市人民医院信息化建设的发展方向和发展思路,在此基础上,提出了本文的研究思路和研究方法。
文章从广汉市人民医院信息化建设的角度出发,结合目前医院发展战略和医院管理模式,借鉴国内外相关医院建设信息系统的成功经验,采用医院发展战略与信息化建设相结合,通过对信息化建设的整体分析、策略制定、分步实施相结合的方法对广汉市人民医院信息化建设进行研究,对医院信息系统设计和实现进行了分析,提出了一套有效的医院信息化建设解决方案。
广汉市人民医院信息化建设存在一些障碍,流程再造、医院信息系统的升级、医护人员信息化管理意识这些都影响到医院信息化建设的发展和医院信息系统在全院的推广,本文提出了一些解决措施,并在广汉市人民医院信息化建设的过程中取得了良好的效果,但同时也应该看到医院信息化管理存在需要进一步加强和改进之处。

Abstract
During the past over twenty years of its reform and opening, China has made remarkable achievements in medical and health, has been formed with more than 60,000 hospitals(including local hospitals). Various types of hospitals and health system is undergoing profound changes, the management also put new demands. Basic medical insurance system, health system and pharmaceutical production and circulation system of three simultaneous reforms to promote more and more profound.
With the rapid development of medical information technology,the traditional model of hospital management has been unable to meet the needs of petition. The basis of information technology to facilitate patient services at the core, combined with knowledge of modern hospital management, the establishment of digital hospital, greatly improved the management and operational capacity to achieve sustainable development to e the hospital's important to rely on.
This paper reviewed the basic information theory and the hospital information system, including the development of information technology and ideas, on this basis, this paper put forward the idea of research and research methods.
