摘要
物流是一门新兴的学科,所研究的主要内容是企业为了把产品顺利销售出去而进行的运输、仓储、包装等一系列活动。第三方物流是物流中社会化、专业化的一种形式。在我国,第三方物流还处于初步发展阶段,其发展过程还存在一系列问题,如总体规模偏小,行业集中度较低;利用现代技术程度低;缺乏专业人才,物流研究落后于物流企业的实践发展;物流服务满意度偏低等。当前我国第三方物流市场适应时代需求迅速增长,其竞争程度也因为国内外物流企业的同台竞技而显得异常激烈。本文对参与我国第三方物流市场竞争的企业进行分类,认为中小企业虽然面临诸多压力,但是潜力巨大,在分析其发展优势与劣势,机遇与挑战的基础上,提出我国中小物流企业在第三方市场竞争中长足发展的对策建议

Abstract
Logistics is a new discipline, the main contents is the enterprise in order to put the smooth product sales out of transportation, warehousing, packing and so on a series of activities. The third party logistics is of logistics socialization, professional one kind of form. In China, the third party logistics is still in the initial stage of development, its development process of a series of problems still exist, such as general smaller scale, industry concentration is lower; Use modern technology level is low; Lack of professional talents, logistics research behind the development of logistics enterprise practice, Logistics service satisfaction low etc. The current our country third-party logistics market adapting to rapid growing demand, petitive rate also because domestic and international logistics enterprise of petition and appear unusually fierce. This paper to participate in our country petition of third-party logistics enterprises are classified, think small and medium-sized enterprise although faces many pressure, but huge potential and analysis on its development advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges presented, based on Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises in the third party logistics petition rapid development of countermeasures
