我国高等教育正在逐渐普及化, 要提高高等院校的建设水平, 必须重视教学质量及校园学风建设。教师及学生分别作为教学质量提高和学风建设的主要实施者, 在高校建设过程中发挥着不可替代的作用, 应给予足够的重视。

Abstract:
With the popularization of higher education in China, it is imperative for the government to attach more importance to the improvement of teaching quality as well as the development of study style in colleges and universities so as to improve the level of construction of higher learning institutions. As primary actors involved in the process of enhancing teaching quality and study style, teachers and students are playing irreplaceable roles in the construction of higher education institutions and thus should be given enough attention.
