麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的:探讨麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2010年7月~2014年7月我院收治的冠心病患者300例,分为观察组与对照组,每组150例,给予观察组口服麝香保心丸治疗,对照组采用口服单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,比较治疗后两组患者的血脂水平、心电图改变情况及肝功能、心率及血压情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的TC、TG、HDL及LDL明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<);心率、血压及肝功能恢复情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:在冠心病的临床治疗上,可将麝香保心丸作为一线治疗药物,值得在临床治疗上推广使用。
