鼓室内注射曲安奈德和盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎的疗效探讨 龚恒萃 (宜宾市第二人民医院四川,宜宾 644000) 摘要:目的:鼓室内注射曲安奈德和盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎的疗效探讨。方法:本文选取我院于2013年08月~2014年08月收治的92例分泌性中耳炎患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗,治疗组采用鼓室内注射曲安奈德和盐酸氨溴索治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后鼓室压力等指标结果。结果:治疗前两组患者的鼓室压力和语频气导听阀变化两项指标结果对比没有明显差异。治疗后,治疗组的鼓室压力和语频气导听阀变化两项指标结果分别是(-±)dapa、(±)db,和对照组的鼓室压力和语频气导听阀变化两项指标结果对比存在显著性差异(P<),具有统计学意义。结论:分泌性中耳炎患者采用鼓室内注射曲安奈德和盐酸氨溴索方式治疗后,可以有效提升疾病者治疗效果,改善患者的预后处理效果,值得在临床中推广应用。 【关键词】分泌性中耳炎;鼓室;曲安奈德;盐酸氨溴索;疗效 【中图分类号】 【文献标识码】A Drum indoor injection of triamcinolone acetonide and hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine to discuss the curative effect of secretory otitis media GONG Heng-cui The second people's hospital of yibin city in sichuan province, yibin, 644000 Abstract: [objective]: drum indoor injection of triamcinolone acetonide and hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine to discuss the curative effect of secretory otitis media.
