摘要
国内旅游业在经历了几十年的发展,各类旅行社在数量上也有了相当规模,但中小旅行社由于自身经营特点和宏观环境的变化,生存状态堪忧。尤其是在 2008 年全球金融危机爆发后,整个旅游行业受到极大冲击,而国内中小旅行社的经营更是步履维艰,有必要对国内中小旅行社的生存状况进行必要的研究,指出其存在的问题,并提出管理策略,为国内中小旅行社的经营者找到一条合适的经营方法提供参考。国内专家学者认为旅行社的员工人数在100人以下,注册资金低于200万元,年接待量在3万人以下,且营业收入少于1000万元的旅行社为中小旅行社。由于中小旅行社自身特点,在 2008年的全球金融危机影响下,中小旅行社经营步履维艰,出现了经营额下降,市场份额减少,投诉增加的现象,中小旅行社在经营方面出现了前所未有的危机。

Abstract:Domestic tourism industry after decades of development, all kinds of travel agency in quantity but also a considerable regulation mode, but the small and medium-sized travel agencies because of its own operating characteristics and the change of macroscopical environment, survival in a serious state. Especially in 2008 the global financial crisis, the tourism industry to get great concussion, while the domestic small and medium-sized travel agencies operating more is said of an aged person, there is a need for domestic small and medium-sized travel agencies the survival status of the necessary research, points out the existing problems, and puts forward the management strategies for domestic small and medium-sized travel agencies, the operator to find the one appropriate management method to provide reference.
