电动机顺序启动/停止控制
一、控制要求
:ON,停车指示灯PL4亮,按PB4无作用,PBl、PB2操作顺序不受限制。
,M1电动机正转[MCl、PLl动作],PL4熄灭。此时按PB2无作用,按PB3时则Ml电动机停止运转,PL4亮。
,M1电动机逆转[MC2、PL2动作],PL4熄灭。此时按PB 1无作用,按PB3时则M1电动机停止运转,PL4亮。
,再按PB4后,M2电动机才会运转[MC3、PL3动作], 此时按PB3无作用。
,M2电动机停止运转。
,M1电动机才会停止运转,PL4亮。

,TH—RY l动作,M1电动机停止,响,PL4亮。此时按PB4,M2电动机无法启动。
、M2电动机均运转时。若TH—RY2动作,M2停止运转Bz响。按PB3则M1电动机停止运转,PL4亮。若TH—RYl动作,则M1、M2全部停止运转,BZ r1向,PL4亮。
,BZ停响,恢复正常操作状态。
、PL2、PL3、PL4作为运转及停止指示,不能以PLc输出点直接控制。
,要做连锁控制。
二、设计任务
学生根据控制要求,明确设计任务,拟定设计方案与进度计划,运用所学的理论知识,进行电动机顺序启动/停止运行原理设计、硬件系统设计、软件系统设计、创新设计,提高理论知识工程应用能力、系统调试能力、分析问题与解决问题的能力。主要内容包括:
1. 设计出硬件系统的结构图、接线图、时序图等;
2. 系统有启动、停止功能;
3. 运用功能指令进行PLC控制程序设计,并有主程序、子程序和中断程序;
4. 程序结构与控制功能自行创新设计;
5. 进行系统调试,实现电动机顺序启动/停止的控制要求。
三、设计报告
课程设计报告要做到层次清晰,论述清楚,图表正确,书写工整;详见“课程设计报告写作要求”。
