切片法实现数控宏程序刀具路径优化的研究及应用
摘要
随着我国现代制造技术的发展,数控机床应用的普及、从事数控加工的人员不断增加,数控加工越来越受到人们的重视。数控程序编制的效率和质量在很大程度上决定了产品的加工精度和生产效率,它既是数控技术的重要组成部分,也是数控加工的关键技术之一。在我国,有相当多数控(包括加工中心)应用在模具行业,大部分模具厂都应用CAD/CAM软件,手工编程、宏程序应用的空间日趋缩小,究其原因就是大家对手工编程不重视,对宏程序不熟悉。其实手工编程是自动编程的基础,宏程序是手工编程的高级形式,是手工编程的精髓,也是手工编程的最大亮点和最后堡垒。同时编制简洁合理的数控宏程序,有着非常重大的现实意义,既能锻炼从业人员的编程能力,又能解决自动编程在生产实际工作中存在的不足。

Abstract
With the development of modern manufacturing technology in our country , the wide usage C machine tools and increasing number of workers engaging in this , more and more attention has been put on the NC process . the precision of the process and production effction largely depend on the effection and quality of C programming procedure , which is the important part of NC technology and one of the key NC process technologies . There are so many NC millings (including machining center ) which have been used in mould industry , and most of the mould industries use the CAD/CAM software , so the manual programming and application of macro-program have less and less space , the reason of this is that workers don’t have enough sight on the manual programming and are not familiar enough with the macro-program . In fact , manual programming is the foundation of automatic programming , at the same time , macro-program is the advanced form and essence of manual programming , which is also the highlight and final fortress of it , too..Brief and proper programming of NC macro-program is of significant importance in practise , for it can both improve workers’ ability of programming who are engaging in this and cover the shortages of automatic programming when it’s used in field production .
