【摘要】随着成都经济的快速发展,商业建筑无论是在规模上,还是在速度上在西部城市中都是摇摇领先。本文旨在简单分析成都市未来商业建筑的发展后能够得出一些对成都市或者周边城市商业建筑发展有参考作用的信息。本文分为4个章节,第一章是介绍论文的写作背景,论文的研究方法及研究意义。第二章是建筑发展的介绍。第三章是对促进成都商业建筑发展的因素进行简单的分析。第四章从人们身边的社区商业建筑入手开始分析,首先在认知上有了一定的基础,便于深入分析社区发展上需要什么。然后就是分析商业广场,针对于成都的商业广场的类型举出实例进行重点分析。对于写字楼、地下商业建筑和仿古商业街只是简单的分析。在综合分析的基础上,针对各小结得出的结论进行总结。

Abstract: With the rapid economic development of Chengdu, commercial buildings, both in size, and in the speed in the western city are ahead. This paper aims at a simple analysis of Chengdu City in the future the development mercial buildings to draw some of Chengdu City or the periphery mercial building development has reference to the role of information. This article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter introduces the background of the thesis, the research methods and research significance. The second chapter is the introduction of architectural development. The third chapter is to promote the development of mercial Building factors for simple analysis. The fourth chapter from the people around mercial architecture will start with the analysis, first of all in the cognition of a certain basis for in-depth analysis, community development needs. Then is the analysis mercial square in Chengdu, mercial square type instances are analyzed in detail. For office buildings, mercial buildings and antique mall just simple analysis. On the basis prehensive analysis, the summary concludes the summary.
