我国的三农问题

摘要: 三农问题是社会各界高度关注的问题,三农工作是全党工作的重中之重。三农问题归结为三大方面六个
主要问题:农业问题集中表现为农产品供给数量和农产品质量两大方面;农村问题归纳概括为农村公共服务问
题和生态环境保护问题两个方面;农民问题集中概括为农民的经济收入和社会政治权利两个方面。文章从农业
问题与“三农”问题、我国农业现状与前景、我国农业与国际农业等三个方面,深入浅出地分析了我国的三农问
题,并就如何解决我国农业问题提出了新的见解和措施。

Abstracts : The three agriculture related issues in China are paid highly attentions by all circles and
the works about three agriculture related issues are exceptionally important among the Party’s mis
sions These e down to six major problems in three aspects : problems in agricultural issue
are represented in supply quantities of agricultural products and their qualities ; problems in rural is
sue are generalized as public services and eco environment conservation in countryside ; problems in
farmer issue are generalized as farmers’economic e and social & political rights This article
