康达花园二号楼投标书编制.docx

摘要
本毕业设计根据康达花园二号楼的招标文件、建设单位提供的设计图纸、双方签订的合同等基本文件设计。研究方法主要是借鉴前人经验加之结合自身的特殊性,在此基础上形成该投标书。该投标书主要有技术标和商务标两部分组成,技术标根据要求主要包括:编制依据及原则、工程概况、施工目标、施工组织主要分项施工技术方案、质量目标和质量保证措施、工期目标及工期保证措施、消防安全措施和环保及文明施工措施等几个大项;商务标部分主要有投标书,标函说明,投标报名书,法人授权书、项目经理、技术负责人简历及业绩证明,投标报价书等相关报价表格等几个项目。
本工程位于青岛市城阳区,属于高层住宅含地下室。该工程是剪力墙结构,所有柱均为暗柱,墙主要是剪力墙和填充墙,梁均为矩形梁,板是平板。本投标报价书的编制均以图纸和设计要求为依据,符合现行的国家及地方规范,报价合理。
本投标单位将严格执行投标书所承诺的一切事务,如若达不到,按相关合同规定的违约金进行赔偿。工程款由建筑单位按照合同约定分期付与,投标单位按合同约定保证工程的各方面指标达到约定要求。同时承诺所有参与工程的材料要符合设计要求,相关施工人员要有国家规定的相应资质,同时本工程有特殊要求的,投标单位也会按要求执行。

Abstract
This graduation design according to Kangda garden 2 floor of the bidding documents, construction units to provide design drawings, the basic design documents such as the contract signed by both sides. Research methods mainly use for reference the experience of predecessors bined with its own particularity, the tender on the basis of the formation. The tender are mainly of two parts, technical standard and business standard, technical standard mainly includes: according to pilation basis and principle, engineering general situation, construction goal, anization and the ponent of the construction technology plan, quality objectives and quality assurance measures, time schedule and construction guarantee measures, fire control safety measures and environmental protection and civilized construction measures and so on several big; Business standard parts mainly include the book of tender, the standard letter, tender registration book, legal authorization, project manager, technical director resume and the results proved that the bid book .
This project is located in Chengyang district, Qingdao city, belongs to the residential building including the basement.
