摘要
压铸机是加工外形复杂的合金铸件的重要设备。压铸机压射过程中速度和压力的实时控制对提高铸件的质量和精度有着至关重要的作用,为此,对现有的基于开关阀控制的压铸机压射系统进行改型设计,研制出速度、压力可以连续精确控制的电液比例控制压射系统已提上了我国压铸机制造厂家的议事日程。
本文首先对压铸机实时控制压射系统进行了方案设计,其中包括压射系统液压回路的设计、控制方案的确定及其硬件的选型和软件框架设计。压射过程是一个高速高压的过程,要求控制阀响应时间快,传感器堕应时问短和测试精度高,采集卡采样频率高,同时还要求软件实时性好。
文中对压铸机压射系统的电液控制原理进行了阐述。为了对实时控制压射系统性能有一个较为深入和直观的了解和分析,本文利用MATLAB和SIMULINK工具箱对压射速度控制系统和压力控制系统进行建模、仿真和分析,得到了系统在常规PID控制器作用下对不同控制信号的响应曲线和特性参数,定量地分析了系统的动态指标。
电液比例伺服控制的压铸机压射系统在国内尚处于开发研制阶段,本文的研究工作对围产压铸机的升级换代,提高整机性能有工程实际意义。

Abstract
Die-casting machine is the important equipment used to process alloy castings plex -time velocity control and pressure control during injection process of die-casting machine is crucial to obtain good quantity and high this mon valve and logical control based injection system is reformed to be a preferable electro-hydraulic proportional control system in which velocity and pressure can be well controlled.
Firstly,the blue print of injection system of die-casting,which includes hydraulic circle design,control scheme design,hardware choose,software structure design,is fact that the injection process is a process with high speed and high pressure requires the control valves and sensors to have rapid response and fine precision,sampling plate to has high Sampling fkquency,control software to has better real-time property.
