摘要:“保护生态环境,实现可持续发展”现在已经成为我们国家在谋求经济快速发展过程中所要遵循的基本方针。面对土地沙漠化面积的迅速扩大和沙尘暴的肆虐一年更盛一年,国家除了实施大规模的防沙治沙工程和全面退耕还草的重大举措之外,在农业方面则一直在积极倡导和推广应用保护性耕作技术。小麦免耕播种机采用的是“动力圆盘断草、与动力圆盘贴合的夹持式开沟器同位分层播种”在已覆有秸杆的地中能一次性完成行方向秸杆切断、同位分层播种和中后镇压等多项作业的保护性耕作机具。

1 前言
论文的主要工作和意义
土壤资源应该受到保护,才能够满足今后若干代人的需求并减少沙尘暴对畜健康的危害。这一认识促进了内蒙古自治区作物种植体系的发展。内蒙古自治区目前的限制条件包括:(1)需要通过土地耕作来除草;(2)秸秆回收作为家用燃料、牲畜饲料和垫圈草料;(3)缺少合适的播种机和收获机;(4)休闲地自由放牧;(5)耕作体系中缺少可供应饲料和改善土壤肥力的饲草作物;(6)保护性耕作技术推广不足;(7)小型农业单位应用保护性耕作面临着风险[6]。
1999年,通过加拿大国际发展署,加拿大和中国建立了保护性耕作体系的合作开发项目。中国农业部制定了一个保护性耕作的大型计划,鼓励几个农业机械研究所设计,测试,最终生产出直播机械。在该项目中,加拿大向中国提供了一台小型播种机,作为保护性耕作技术的示例,可用于进一步完善以符合内蒙古的条件。该播种机由加拿大萨斯卡彻温省斯韦福克瑞特市的法波公司生产,用34KW(45马力)拖拉机带动。播种机安装了可拆换的圆盘式开沟器和凿式开沟器,承受200N(450磅)的弹簧压力
