复合微生物制剂对草鱼生长与消化酶活性的影响

摘要以“正大康”草鱼颗粒饲料配方为基础日粮, 将1 % 的复合微生物制剂作为饲料添加剂投喂草鱼,30 d 后分别测定草鱼的生长性能
指标与肝胰脏、肠道的淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性。结果显示, 实验组草鱼的体重和体长分别比对照增长8 .93 %( P < 0 .01) 和3 .93 %( P <
0 .01) ; 肝胰脏和肠道的淀粉酶的活性分别提高227 .36 %( P <0 .01) 和239 .56 %( P < 0 .01) , 脂肪酶的活力分别提高22 .51 %( P < 0 .01) 和
7 .16 %( P <0 .01) 。从而表明, 复合微生物制剂能有效促进草鱼的生长与提高消化能力, 为其在水产养殖中的应用提供参考依据。

Abstract Intest with Zhengdakang grass carp feed formula as basic diets , 1 % compound anismagent as additive was fed on grass carps and the
growth performance indexes and the activity of amylase and lipase in hepatopancreas andintestinal canal were determinedrespectively . after 30 days . The result
