摘要


土地利用与生态环境保护与建设息息相关,阐述土地利用中环境影响评价的重要性,对生态保护与建设的理该与方法在土地生态环境保护与建设中的应用进行分析评价,剖析我国土地利用环境影响评价中存在的问题。
土地是人类懒以生存的环境,是一切生产生活活动的载体,土地利用过程中对环境产生的影响越来越大,在构建和谐社会过程中对环境的保护管理和评价也越来越重要, 人类逐渐认识到了环境对生产生活的作用,也更重视环境对人类活动的影响,由于人口的快速增长,生态环境恶化的趋势逐渐加快,在对环境管理过程中环境的土地利用规划作为配置和合理利用土地资源的重要手段,与生态环境保护与建设息息相关。

ABSTRACT
Closely related to the ecological environment protection and construction of land use, explain the importance of environmental impact assessment in land use, to act as such and method of ecological protection and construction in the construction of ecological environmental protection and land applications for analysis and evaluation, analysis of problems existing in environmental impact assessment of land use in China.
