伴乏力、心悸、心率增快

贫血鉴别诊断
Step 1. Identify anemia
Step 2. check the reticulocyte index(see if it surpasses 2%)
RI=reticulocyte count% *(Patient’s Hct/norml Hct)/maturation factor
<2%: “underproduction”>2%: “increased destruction or loss”
Hct
= RBC*MCV*100%
=( *10^12)*( *10^-15)*100%=%
∴RI= 7%*%/45%/2=%
贫血鉴别诊断
<2% : check the MCV
>2%: evidence of blood loss?
(menstruation?trauma?)
no: find further evidence for hemolysis.
