苦荞麦麸皮中总黄酮的乙醇提取工艺研究

摘要:对苦荞麦麸皮[fJ总黄酮类物质的乙醇提取工艺进行了研究。以芦丁为对照品用吸光光度法,通过) L9(3
正交试验,优选了工业参数。结果表明: 对提取效果影响冈素依次为乙醇体积分数>提取时间>提取温度>料液
比。最佳提取工艺条件是:体积分数 65%乙醇、料液比 1:10、室温(25~30~C)T提取 6h,二级提取,提取得率为
%,纯度 65%。
