摘要
20世纪90年代以来,中提高,由于经济的快速增长,生活在城市中的人们生活压力越来越大,促使城市居民对田园生活极大的向往和追求。同时随着经济和社会的迅速发展,环境污染加剧,农业自身功能开发不足,土地的多效利用性较低,我国的自然资源和生态环境面临巨大压力。所以,在我国的“城乡二元结构”和“三农”问题日益严重的今天,生态庄园以乡村旅游的一种新兴形式出现,为解决以上问题开辟了新渠道。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,每逢节假日,人们已不再满足于在家单纯的休息,更愿意携家人出去走一走,感受大自然的气息,因此,城郊游不断升温。而伴随着城郊游的不断升温,生态农庄也悄然兴起。
本文从可持续发展的角度出发,分析了当前生态农庄发展规划设计中存在的问题,指出在生态农庄的规划设计中,要坚持以人为本、实行有机农业生产、保护生物多样性等为指导原则。在营造景观中,要注意采用可再生的景观消耗能源,要注重环境可持续、经济可持续、资源可持续和社会可持续,追求农庄的可持续发展,使得生态农庄走上自我积累、自我发展、自我调节的良好发展道路。

Abstract
Since the 1990 s, the rapid development of China's social economy greatly promoted the urbanization, because of the rapid economic growth, people living in cities is more and more big, the life stress to urban residents of rural life yearning and pursuit. With the rapid development of economic and social at the same time, environmental pollution aggravate, insufficient development function of agriculture itself, the multiple effect of land use is low, natural resources and ecological environment in China is facing a huge pressure. So, in our country urban and rural dual structure and SAN nong problem is increasingly serious today, ecological farm in a new form of rural tourism, opened up a new channel to solve the above problems. As people living standard unceasing enhancement, every holiday, people no longer content to just rest at home, more willing to go for a walk with family, feel the breath of nature, therefore, suburban growing. And with growing suburban tour, ecological farm also has emerged.
From the perspective of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the current problems existing in the planning and design of ecological farm development, points out that in the planning and design of ecological farm, to adhere to the people-centered, anic agricultural production, such as biodiversity conservation as the guiding principle.
