电子商务诚信问题的对策研究
摘要
电子商务是利用现代信息网络与计算机技术进行的商务活动,作为21世纪崭新的商务模式,其具有广阔的发展前景,世界各国都在积极发展电子商务。作为一种创新的经济运行方式,其影响远远超出商业领域,能更好地适应市场日益激烈的竞争。它作为我国现代经济生活中重要的商务活动,在经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色,已经再度成为人们关注的焦点问题,同时制约其发展的因素的研究自然也就不可避免的被提到了议事日程。
论文从制约电子商务发展诚信问题的角度出发,详细阐述了电子商务发展过程中诚信问题成因,并从相关角度提出了一定的解决方法:要解决电子商务中的诚信问题,必须改善社会诚信环境、进行相关法律、法规的建设,建设诚信的社会文化,完善以诚信为基础的社会诚信体系,加强网上安全保障技术研究等来促进我国电子商务的健康发展。电子商务的发展在我国是大势所趋,因此对制约其发展的“瓶颈”因素——诚信问题进行研究具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of IT technology, there is much wider space for the processing and transmission of information both in time and space .Also merce based on the information of economy and globalization has developed rapidly .merce is a kind mercial activity which is based on the modern IT technology puter science .As a brand-new model merce ,merce has a bright future and it is developing rapidly in many countries all over the world .As a new thing ,it affects more than merce market and it can ad apt to the more and more petition in the modern society. As an important part of the economy in China, it plays a more and more important role in the development of economy. It es the focus of the research .At the same time, the problems off actors which affect the development of merce attract researchers’ notice .Before many articles discuss about merce from the aspects of technology while this article takes the credit problems in merce as the points. It indicates that the credit problems have e the chock points which affect the development of merce .The credit foundations in china are very weak, the credit system is not perfect ,the information in merce is asymmetric ,the law system about merce is not perfect ,and there are some safety problems in IT technology.
