摘要
目前,随着我国加入 WTO 时间的推移,外资的不断的渗透和积累,这对我国各
个行业尤其是首先对外开放的零售业,无疑是竞争和机遇并存,一方面,本土零售业
要和国际零售巨头家乐福、沃尔玛等残酷竞争,但是另外一方面,外资的进入,给我
们带来了先进的管理方式和经营理念,促进了本土企业在竞争中不断学习提高。
现代企业的竞争,不仅仅是直接体现于市场的产品的竞争,也是贯穿于企业内部
的管理的竞争,如果一个企业没有一个好的管理,很难在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败
之地。
本文以 A 公司为例,运用环境分析等手段,系统阐述了 A 公司管理中核心组成
部分之一的存货管理,既分析了与公司存货直接相关的流程管理、存货管理模式,也
分析了对存货管理有重大影响的信息系统、预算管理、企业文化、人力资源管理等方
面。对 A公司在这些方面存在的问题提出了优化方案,并对这些业务优化方案的效果
进行评价,对业务优化方案的实施提出了建议。

Abstract
Nowadays, along with China's accession to the WTO, foreign capital continueinfiltrating and accumulating , to every industry , especially the retail industry, is
competition and opportunity at the same time, on one hand, the local retail industry will
have petition with international retail giant such as Carrefour, WAL-MART , but
on the other hand, the entry of foreign capital, brought advanced management methods and
business philosophy, to promote the learning for the local petition of modern enterprises is not directly reflected in the market
competition of the product, but also the internal petition throughout the
enterprise, if an enterprise does not have a good management, it is very difficult to survive
in intense petitionThis paper will introduce the theory of environmental analysis, combine the other
theory, take pany as an example, elaborate the inventory management in pany,
which is the core part pany management, analyses and pany's inventory
process management、management mode, and also analyze the information system, budget
management, enterprise culture, human resource management etcWhich have a
significant influence on the inventory management. Put forward the optimization scheme,
and evaluate the effect of business process optimization, give suggestion to the
implementation of the mendations
