培养基成分对黔白大白菜杂交种小孢子胚诱导的影响

[摘要]以 2个黔白大白菜杂交组合为材料,进行游离小孢子培养,探讨了培养基成分对小孢子成胚率的影响结果表
明:NLN培养基添加 13 蔗糖的培养效果最好;添加 6-BA和 NAA的培养基显著提高了小孢子胚的
诱导率和成熟胚的比例;NLN-13液体培养基中添加适量活性碳可明显促进小孢子胚状体的形成,对胚胎发育的同步性也有
很好的作用。
