摘要:用杏鲍菇茵丝体液体培养富硒,硒浓度为 lOIxg/mL时富集率最高,用试验确定了复合饮料
最佳配方,杏鲍菇茵丝提取液、薜荔汁液、白砂糖、柠檬酸为 20%、 15%、2%、%。该饮料具
有人体吸收率高的生物硒,对人体安全无害,同时具有杏鲍菇茵体蛋白、多糖体、薜荔汁等丰富
的营养成分,为研制功能型复合保健饮料提供了实验模型。

Abstract:The experiment showed that the use of pleurotus eryngii with enriched selenium was the most
beneficial one with the density of selnium being 01tg/ 1 it proved that the best proportion in the
prescription wasmycelia pleurotusprescription 20%,Ficus oferyngii extraction the PumiIa 5%。 1 juice 2%。citric
