目前,我国形成了政策性金融、合作金融、商业金融、邮政金融、民间金融分工合作、密切配合的农村金融产品供给体系,为我国农村经济的发展做出了重要的贡献,但是现有的农村金融体系仍不能很好的满足农村经济和社会发展日益复杂和多层次、多元化的需求,加快推动我国农村金融体系创新己迫在眉睫。当前,我国正处于新农村建设的阶段,为了提供农村城镇化、工业化与农业现代化进程中所需的大量资本,为了解决“三农”问题以及化解农村小额信贷的隐忧,本文认为,应该从全局的、长期的、动态的眼光来审视我国农村金融体系创新,充分运用市场经济下的利益诱导机制,通过行之有效的政策扶持和引导,建立商业性金融、合作金融、政策性金融、邮政金融和其他形式农村金融机构定位合理、功能互补、充分竞争、广覆盖、可持续发展的多元化竞争性农村金融体系。

Abstract
Currently,our country formed a policy-oriented financial cooperation mercial finance,postal financial services,nongovernmental financial division,and closely cooperate with the rural financial products supply system which has made important contributions to the development of China‘s rural economy,but the existing rural the financial system is still not very good meet rural economic and social development and the plex multi-level and diversified demand,speed up the implementation of China rural financial system innovation has been imminent。At present,China is at a stage of the construction of new rural areas,in order to provide the large amount of capital required in the process of rural urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization ,also , to solve the "three rural" issue, as well as to resolve the problems of rural micro-credit, we should proceed from the overall situation and long-term,dynamic perspective to look at China’s rural financial system innovation,and make full use of market economy mechanism induced by the interest,through the e
